July 11: PeLS Kapihan Goes to the Cordillera Region

June 26, 2009

The PeLS Kapihan was introduced last August 2007 to establish and strengthen networks and linkages among  e-Learning practitioners and institutions over a cup of coffee. On July 11 2009, the PeLS Kapihan goes to the Cordillera Region in order to reach out to its members and to commence with the planned establishment of PeLS Regional Chapters.
